Karma Police

As part of the “72-hour film” competition at the Fokus Film Festival, Ben Koring, Chris Colton, and Nicholas Lepage crafted the film “Karma Police.” The film was nominated for the Audience Choice and 72 Hour Film Award categories, and went on to win each.

Guiding their work was the competition’s theme, “lost.” Over the course of 72 hours, all contestants had to conceive, script, shoot, and edit a short film. The title and concept “Karma Police” refers to a pair of angels dedicated to watching over earthlings and keeping tabs on their shaky moral compasses.

Complimenting Ben, Chris and Nicholas’ work on filming and editing is Julien Renvoisé with the theme song and sound effects.

Peep the film for some laughs and subtle moral provocation.
