Men’s Mental Health: a Collection of Artworks

For many years, I have dealt with burdensome mental health problems and I have used Art as a catharsis to ease and resolve my emotional distress. I have used Art not only for the internal, but for the external, too. Art has allowed me to meet new people, break my isolation and find a community that I may belong to. Art heals and cultivates connections: it is one of the main reasons that I feel better in my life today.
