The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) has opened the economic frontiers between the United Stated, Canada and Mexico despite their development inequities. Mexico has been especially benefited as the indicators of standards of living have greatly increased, along with foreign investment and development of industry. But its effects permeate further to the establishment of democracy in Mexico and a more business friendly policy.
